Hmmmmmmmmm.
Well could someone explain to me the list of contractors that Justin claimed was given to him by Kelly. I took it upon myself to call each and everyone of them with documentation of the individual I talked to and believe it or not,
NO ONE had heard about a jail in Cabarrus County nor had they contacted anyone about a jail. Some of the companies are not even contractors.. now pray tell me how did that happened? Who happened to be on the enlisting list? Were they eating fruit loops at the time? Or were they being fed banana's like Justin's behavior when he is trying to salvage the crediblity of Carruth and Juba?

Justin, I suggest you go behind me and check to see if my facts are true.
Maybe someone will blame that on " administrative error" too.

In my opinion if Juba can get away with these things by claiming just that then someone needs to contact those guys at Enron and explain to them how easy it is to wiggle out of something by using that catchy phrase " administrative error".

Come on Justin, do your homework!

May I point out one small minor error on your part on that first post that you will not allow commentators. The three that happened to respond were all working with Juba. Now isn't that a funny quiwinky dink?
How many times does that happen?
Not one, not two but, ALL of the ones that responded.
Looks like the other supposedly JOE BLOW CONTRACTORS who were politely posted with these three did it as some kind of front. Because NONE of the others cared or even sent a notice back.

Out all of those submitted it just happens to come up roses for our commissioner Juba. MY WHAT A COINCIDENCE!

Now, most people would have watched me repeatedly blow holes in what these people say and wouldn't think that I would try to investigate a claim made by someone who both lacks the intestinal fortitude to sign his/her real name, has never sent me an e-mail with any documentation, AND can never offer any outside references. However, I felt it was necessary to prove that the County Staff wasn't lying - as my beloved commenters would claim. So, on her week back from leave, Kelly Sifford handled a request to lend me her notes on the list that Jonanthan Marshall passed along to me. I have images of the reciepts of the RFQ from via e-mail from the following contractors:

Thompson
Barnhill
Turner
Bovis Lend Lease
Southern Management Group
MBP Construction
Arris Services
Herry
Rodgers

Now, I'm sure my dear readers can imagine my utter shock that CarolynWatkins supposedly called all of these contractors and they had never heard of this project; and then to view these e-mails. When I held those e-mails in my hand - my very sense of reality is challenged. As I'm sure yours is too.

Go and look for more statements of fact that I've made. I'm more than happy to keep making you look stupid.
