Positive Messages: Grace Mynatt
Grace Mynatt will get my vote tomorrow in a small part because she supported the Interbasin Transfer in a very itneresting way. When she was speaking at the State hearing about this she took out a gallon jug and a cup that was about one ounce. What's interesting is that she was close (like three significant digits) to the percentage of water that will be drawn if the Interbasin Transfer is approved. Also, I couldn't help but remember Richard Feynman in the late 80s dipping an O-Ring into a cold container of water to explain to Congress what happened with the solid rocket boosters that caused the Challenger explosion.
Any time you can compare a candidate to local office to a Nobel Prize-winning physicist - that person is worth voting for.
Here's the e-mail she sent to gain support
